Codediera Technologies Ltd. provides services including, but not limited to:
Establishments, companies, educational institutions, and organizations can subscribe to our SaaS products. We collect establishment details (including organization name, registered business address, custom domain/subdomain routing data, administrator contact details, and workspace structures) strictly to enable us to provide the required SaaS services needed for your organization.
manage_accounts 3. User & Establishment Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or registering an establishment, and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
auto_stories 4. Course Access
Digital courses are licensed for your personal, non-transferable use unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publicly share course materials without written permission.
share 5. Social Media Publishing
Our platform enables users to publish content directly to connected social media accounts after authorization.
You represent that:
- verified You own or have permission to publish the content.
- verified The content does not infringe intellectual property rights.
- verified The content complies with the terms and policies of the relevant social media platform.
- verified The content is lawful and does not contain harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal material.
payments 6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including Paystack and Flutterwave. By making a purchase, you authorize the selected payment provider to process your payment. Prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to applicable taxes where required.
There is STRICTLY NO REFUND OF MONEY AFTER PAYMENT is successfully processed. All payments made for digital courses, software solutions, SaaS product subscriptions, tenant setups, and technology services are final, non-refundable, and non-creditable under any circumstances once processed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
